This follow up session is ideal for schools who want to tackle some of the deeper issues brought on by social media misuse and to investigate more fully the opportunities positive social media use brings.
Through a series of interactive exercises, we will discuss the use of social media to gain self-worth. We will also challenge the students to take back control of social media and give it up for a period.
Students will be shown how young people use social media to express themselves and make a difference in the world. They will be encouraged to think about how they could do the same.
The session will also look at how social media can be used to create opportunities for employment, knowledge and influence.
